This page describes the information collected through the ServeX website. It is not a substitute for a product-specific privacy notice that may apply inside the ServeX application.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect the fields you provide, such as your name, business name, phone, email, city, business type, interest, outlet count and message. We use them to respond to your enquiry about ServeX.
Storage and retention
Website enquiries are stored in a protected SQLite database on the hosting environment. We do not ask for unnecessary sensitive information through the form. Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the sales conversation and business administration.
Security
The enquiry form uses server-side validation, CSRF protection, a honeypot field and a practical rate limit. No online system can promise absolute security, but access is limited to the website’s operational needs.
